Boundless warrants that the product you (Purchaser) purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of original purchase. No part of this warranty will apply to any product or portion thereof which has been subject to misuse, vandalism, negligence, alteration, improper care, accident, or which has been repaired outside Boundless' place of business in any way as in the reasonable judgment of Boundless, to adversely affect its performance and reliability, nor to normal deterioration due to wear, tear and exposure, corrosion, or damage caused by rain, fire, or other natural causes or acts of nature. Boundless' obligation and Purchaser’s sole remedy under this warranty is limited to, at Boundless' option, repairing or replacing the product which is returned to its place of business and which, upon examination, shall disclose to Boundless' reasonable satisfaction to have been defective.
